Right to Rest™ - Tutorials

£90.00

1:1 Restorative Tutorials

Personalised practice for rest, recovery and restoration.

£90 per session | 60 minutes | Online

Sometimes understanding why rest is difficult isn't enough. We also need opportunities to experience it.

These individualised restorative tutorials build on the principles of Right to Rest™, translating its learning into personalised, experiential practice.

Designed for people experiencing sustained demand, burnout, exhaustion or difficulty switching off, sessions focus on creating opportunities for the body and mind to settle, rest and recover.

The practice

Through carefully guided, trauma-informed practices, we explore approaches that support down-regulation, stillness and restorative awareness.

Sessions may incorporate:

  • Restorative yoga and supported postures

  • Gentle breathwork and rhythmic breathing

  • Guided relaxation and meditation

  • Yoga Nidra and restorative awareness

  • Practices supporting sleep preparation and recovery

  • Personalised approaches to developing a restorative routine

Individualised to you

Each session is adapted to your needs, capacity and experience.

The emphasis is on experiencing the practice rather than discussing rest alone — discovering what feels accessible, what supports settling, and what you can return to independently.

Building a relationship with rest

These tutorials provide a dedicated space to practise, explore and gradually develop familiarity with restorative states.

The intention is to build a personal repertoire of practices that can support moments of pause, transitions into rest, sleep preparation and everyday recovery.

Not another thing to achieve. A space to practise doing less, with intention.
