Lauren O’Sullivan

Scope of Practice

Yoga & Breathwork Practitioner | Creative Director | Artist

Lauren O’Sullivan brings experience from trauma-informed Yoga and Breath practice, programme management, wellness coaching and consultancy.

She has over 13 years of professional experience and 20 years of personal practice with the Yoga Sanctuary, UK.

Much of Lauren’s work has often been in collaboration with Psychologists, Occupational Therapists and Nurses creating spaces for embodied learning, inner reflection and connection. Her experience includes working with individuals integrating trauma, working with Neurodivergence, (often overlapped), managing long-term health conditions, and operating within high-pressure or high-responsibility environments.

In recent years, Lauren’s work as an artist has become central to the evolution of Breathe & Recover. Her vision was to create a space where Yoga, Breathwork, Meditation, innovative learning, and the arts are rooted in Neuroscience as a guiding foundation. Through this approach, she aims to help people understand that these practices extend far beyond healing or regulation—they are essential expressions of what it means to be human, to connect, and to belong.

Francesca Bingley

Scope of Practice

Yoga & Breathwork Practitioner | Pain Reprocessing Therapy Coach| Nurse & Case Manager

Francesca brings together a background in yoga and healthcare with a deeply embodied approach to change.

Alongside her work as a Nurse and Case Manager, she has been practicing yoga for over 20 years and teaching for over 10 years. She works through breath, movement, and connection- supporting people to reconnect with themselves and move towards lives that feel authentic, spacious, and more their own.

She works with people who have the energy for change. Those who may be living with long-term health conditions, disabilities, or complex experiences—and who feel a readiness, however small, to do something differently. Often, her role is to help people “connect the dots”: to make sense of what they’re experiencing, recognise patterns, and explore what the next stage of their life could look like- starting in that moment.

Breathwork sits at the centre of her practice. The breath offers a direct way into the body—a place to notice, regulate, and build from. Through these practices, she supports people to build trust in their internal world and develop a steadier relationship with themselves over time.

Her perspective is also shaped by personal experience, growing up alongside a parent living with long-term mental health challenges. This has given her a deep respect for the quiet, often unseen layers of what people carry, and the ways this can shape a life and those around them.

She facilitates group spaces, develops projects, speaks at health and clinical events, and writes as a way to reflect on and share her work.

As a co-founder of Breathe & Recover, she helps create spaces that are grounded, thoughtful, and rooted in real experience—where people are supported to explore change in a way that feels possible, and genuinely their own.
