Breathe and Recover 1:1 Coaching

£495.00

This is a dedicated 1:1 coaching space designed to help you slow down enough to notice what’s actually happening beneath the surface — in your body, in the mind, your energy, and your patterns of response.

It’s a space for connection, reflection, and embodied learning, where we explore how you move through stress, recovery, pressure, and everyday life.

Rather than trying to “fix” or optimise anything, the work is about building awareness, capacity, and more sustainable ways of being in your real life.

This programme is accessible across a wide range of needs and contexts — including neurodivergence, chronic illness, burnout and recovery, as well as endurance athletes, and people working in high-demand or high-performance environments.

What this coaching is

This is a coaching process, not therapy or treatment.

It is grounded in conversation, reflection, and embodied practice, with a focus on awareness, integration, and practical tools that can be carried into daily life.

The intention is not analysis alone, but felt understanding — where insight is supported by experience in the body.

Our approach

We combine evidence-based coaching with breathwork, yogic principles and movement, nervous system education, and neuroarts-informed practice (where appropriate).

Neuroarts, in this context, supports the use of attention, sensation, breath, movement, and creative awareness as tools for understanding how your internal system responds and adapts.

Alongside this, we work with trauma-informed principles and embodied learning to support a more connected and regulated relationship with yourself.

Rather than separating mind and body, we explore how sensation, emotion, thought, and environment interact — and how this shapes your capacity, resilience, and daily experience.

This approach is flexible and inclusive. It can be adapted for fluctuating energy, sensory sensitivity, cognitive differences, recovery states, or high-output training and work demands.

All practices are optional, accessible, and guided. No prior experience is needed.

What’s included

  • Four 1:1 coaching sessions per month (60 minutes each)

  • A personalised coaching focus shaped around your current needs and context

  • Breathwork and nervous system support practices

  • Yogic principles and posture (adapted)

  • Neuroarts-informed attention and awareness practices

  • Experiencing stress, burnout, or long-term fatigue

  • Navigating fluctuating energy, illness, or recovery

  • Neurodivergent and looking for supportive structure and embodied tools

  • An athlete or high performer balancing training, recovery, and life demands

  • Feeling disconnected from yourself, your body, or your routines

  • Moving through transition, pressure, or change where old patterns no longer fit

  • Looking for space to slow down, reconnect, and build more sustainable ways of living

How we work together

This is a collaborative and adaptive process.

We begin by understanding your current reality — your capacity, challenges, and goals — and then build a way of working that fits your life as it is, not as it “should” be.

There is no fixed method or expectation that you perform or progress in a particular way. The work adapts with you.

The focus is on creating more awareness, more steadiness, and more capacity — not more pressure.
