Hi, I am Lauren O'Sullivan, I have been a practicing Yoga for over 20 Years. I have been a Breathwork, Yoga and Health Coach for over 13 Years. My background is working with Trauma Recovery, Wellness and Performance. I currently live in Spain and split my time between the UK and Canary Islands.

I created BR Bespoke Coaching after 23 Years of personal daily Yoga & Meditation practice and over 9 Years of CrossFit Training, I understand the balance of Stillness and Energy.

Through this experience, I have combined the best of these worlds to help people find what works for them; to reduce Injury & begin to understand themselves better so they can live to their fullest potential beyond Survival modes.

We focus on two main training areas; Stillness and Energy and four main principles;

  • Self Awareness- Seeing, Listening & Feeling ourselves & the world around us

  • Attention- Focusing and Perception

  • Simplicity- Reducing the noise, learning to choose authentically, finding balance & consistency

  • Play- get motivated, embrace challenge, build Energy, have fun, give and get creative
