Hi I am Iain, I have been a Paramedic for 5 years and in the Ambulance service for 8 years. I have been Practicing Yoga for 5 years and teaching with a focus on Breathwork, Respiratory Health, Performance and Nervous system regulation.

I have competed at a high level in multiple sports, but now currently Freedive and have been Crossfit training for 8 years. I am passionate about improving awareness of our body physically and mentally in order to maintain and grow agency over our life, energy and health.
